To support this, we recognise that some learners may experience additional barriers to learning which require additional support so that their full potential is achieved. 

The role of Learning Mentor is crucial in our delivery of bespoke intervention so that learners are supported to overcome barriers (whether academic, social or emotional) so that they continue to thrive during their time at Asterdale.
