Asterdale Primary School received an Ofsted graded inspection in March 2026. 

This was the school's first inspection under the new Ofsted inspection framework. 

The school has been graded as at least 'expected standard' in all aspects of provision - including four areas graded as 'strong standard'.  

This reflects our ongoing commitment to championing our school vision of 'everyday excellence' for all and creating the best learning environment for every child to thrive.
